In London, we take loyalty very seriously. That is why we work hard to promote our merchants that have been with us on this journey, and in some cases every step of the way.

As a token of gratitude for both merchants and residents who have been with us for a long time, we have now produced 'Founders Awards'. These awards are for people who are still with us and have been with us for several years now.

These plaques may be seen displayed on residences or business premises around London and beyond, and show how long the person has been with us on this 'London Journey'.
