New Pricing Policy:

Moreover, the MEB store is now renewed and the prices are updated according to our new pricing policy:


MEB wants to follow offering quality fashion at affordable prices even when RL crisis doesn't allow to spend in SL as before.

So, we changed ALL OUR PRICES: from now on, all clothes will be priced on three ranges: 250, 300-350, 450-500 l$, according to the newness and complication of the outfit. Only a few special clothes will be priced at the maximum of 600 l$.

On the whole, MEB will reduce its prices about 20%, but in some cases the reduction will be up to 30%.
So, we hope our customers could increase and update their MEB closet keeping their expenses within a  reasonable range.

About the Fall-Winter 2011 Collection:

A set of outfits that can meet all your wishes: frome the cheery and young look of the Clarissa's colors to the shy sensuality of Bonita and Patty, pink and black dresses decorated by a cute bolero or by a oversize collar. From the mix of naughty and old fashioned mood of Carol, to the sophisticated elegance of the classic pencil dresses Bruges and Irina. The well known MEB casual line is represented by the surprising wool dress Angela, coming with a hood, or even by the light grey almost gipsy skirt and top of Bea, worn with a blood red sport jacket.  But the two highlights are the black and white or  brown and white Berliner and Nikita: leather short jacket, long or short pants, precious details for two great outfits thought for self-confidant women. London is pleased to announce Virtual London Fashion Week Fall 2011!  VLFW Fall 2011 will be staffed and ran by Exclusive Modeling Agency & Productions and held in Second Life.  This special event will be held October 30-November 5! Exclusive Modeling Agency & Productions is a full inclusive agency that caters to the special needs for all designers out on the grid.   The agency is  known for  their productions not being like most runway shows, but more like Broadway Theater.  Exclusive is owned and operated Ava Jhamin, Kat Svenska, and Shaza Denver.  To learn more about Exclusive, click here.  Check out our VLFW Fashion Blog and our in world groups for more information and updates on how you can be a part of VLFW Fall 2011!

Description of your business: K-CODE is a brand dedicated to high quality women fashion and is active on the Second Life market since July 2010. We design and sell mostly casual, cocktail and beachwear clothes but we started the production of boots and accessories as well in order to offer complete outfits to the customers.  K-CODE collection is inspired by the city lifestyle and is designed to add color, comfort and style for any casual occassion or cocktail event. For a better fitting on the avatar, our products come in two sizes (for medium and tall avatars) and they are provided with a resize menu.

Steph Lytham: From DJ to Modeling Graduate!

Last week, I did a story on London DJ and host, Steph Lytham's journey from DJ to model.  I recently caught up again with Steph and she was buzzing about graduating from her Second Life modeling course!  Steph provided the following soundbites about modeling graduation and what is next for her modeling career:

Modeling Exams:

So last night I had my final exam before I graduate as an elite model at the University of Classic Glamour with Style.

Boy was I nervous!

This was my exam schedule..........

Exam 1: Wear casual outfit with less than 400 ARC- You will be on Styling stage. You do the basic formation exactly how you do in styling event. Get your outfit description.

Exam 2:  Dome Formation - Wear a formal Gown with accesories on, it must have less than 1000 ARC.

I will tell you which stage you will start, you will use the correct poses for this formation. Get ready to invite me to your huddlez.

Exam 3: Beach Formation - Wear bikini with less than 300 ARC, no barefeet.  You will do the beach formation on both sides. You will do the bio formation. Get Ready to answer the questions and alligning accesories that I will send u to fix on your body. You will be asked to use in world poses.

Exam Results:

My exam lasted just under 2 hours. It was nerve racking but i think I did enough. Around lunchtime today I got the notecard..................

Congratulations. You passed your final exam with me and I am so proud of you! Out of 14 students enrolled for July class, you are the one that stayed and never quit. You are now our new CWS Elite Model here.

Steph's Final Thoughts on the Modeling School and Training Process: 

It had been worth it! Late nights, 2 hour classes every day for the last month, styling contests and not to mention who knows how many hours of runway practice! I'd like to thank everyone at UCWS for their help and expertise to get me here.   Also to my friends and colleagues in London who have supported me, swapped shifts with me and felt like a midget standing next to me in my new model shape! All 7'11'' of it! Poor Anakin looked about 3 feet tall standing next to me on stage when we worked together in the Lazy Bull tonight!
