Happy Birthday DJ Prettybones!!

Tuesday was a special day, as DJ Prettybones had a birthday party to celebrate her RL birthday!  Retrograde Manager and DJ Croft provided the following report and entry on the special events of that day:

11th October in RetroGrade we had 2 events:

The first event was BEST IN ARMY and the prize quickly rose to L$2089. This first part of the evening was a short (by RetroGrade Standards) 2 hrs long

Then we started the 2nd event to celebrate Prettybones RL birthday.
The board was re-opened as BEST IN WHATEVER and the prize quickly rose to L$2000 and at 2pm SLT we introduced our Special Guest DJ  who turned out to be DJ Smiffy making his RetroGrade and indeed London debut

 The place filled up quickly. The chat was random and surreal for most of the night. The contest board was filling up. And by the end of the evening, Prettybones was one year older

Capital Reopening in Mayfair!!

Today Club Capital had a reopening to celebrate it's new look!  DJ Morphman and Host Tamil were on hand to keep the crowd going and dancing to some of the best Euro dance and house tunes in Second Life!  You can party at Club Capital each day, from 10am to 12pm slt! Queensryche Tribute Band Rocks Mayfair!!

Today London guests and residents were treated to a special event:  a Queensryche Tribute Band Concert!  Mayhem DJ Anakin with Host Angy, kicked off events today, keeping guests dancing to 90 minutes worth of rock music, followed by the Queensryche Tribute Band!  Check out photos below of this event:

Haunted London Merchant's Fair Spotlight: ''xXx''Treme Fashion Designs

As part of our FEATURED Haunted London Festival, which is in Second Life Destinations, we have a merchants fair set up, so you can shop while dancing in our haunted area in Kensington.  We would like to highlight each of the merchants who have participating, today's highlight is xXxTreme Fashions Designs, which features women clothing on the more sensual side and is owned in Second Life by Tzutzi Carissa.

Sunday, October 2, 2011:
-Join us for a FREE Queensyrche Tribute Band Concert!  Events start at 10am slt with a special 90 minute pre kick off concert event by Mayhem Rock Club, featuring DJ Anakin and Host Angy and a 2000L loaded contest board!  Stick around for the big event:  Queensyrche, who will hit the stage in Mayfair at 1145 am slt!

Fall Fling Merchant's Fair Beings!

Today kicked off the first day of a 10 day Merchant's Fair in Hyde Park!  Guests can shop from some of their favorite London and Second Life designers and creators.  Each day will also feature a 2 hour music event and contest!  This week Mayhem Rock Club will be in Hyde Park, all the way until Friday, each day from 2pm to 4pm slt!  Today's Mayhem Rock Club event featured DJ Crysis and Host AJ.  Below are photos from today's event and check the blog and the London Gossip group in world for more information about the Fall Fling Merchant's Fair,  as we spotlight participants!
